Reboots after plus signs

Okay, so first off; im trying to hackintosh my HP EliteBook 8540w with Mojave.
When trying to boot of the installer, i get this issue where i cant get past those plus signs. It reboots after 3 sec on the plus signs.

What gives?

But it doesnt have intel graphics?
