Question. How do I put a mac startup chime on windows 7

So i have this computer im working on and i was wondering how can I make it do the startup chime upon bootup. Now i can spend a few dollars but nothing much over maybe $20 but if anyone know how to do it for free that's even better.

Now to recap in case u got confused.

When i boot up my computer i want the mac startup chime to play. Anyone know how to do this because if you do that be amazing.

You can get a LaunchDaemon for free (The sound would play when you reach the login screen) if you boot it up into OS X, but for booting into Windows you would have to buy a sound card (usually they have PCI/PCIe), program it and connect it to your Power Up Button. It should cost around $20-$25 max.
