Hello guys.

I finally finished my g5 hackintosh and love it. I used the recommend parts from the Custom Mac Pro Build Section with the i7 2600k option and 650W PSU

The only thing I added was 4 case fans and 2 fans for the PSU. My question is if I overclock the CPU to 4.5Ghz would the 650W PSU be sufficient enough?

Hi, a 650W PSU is easy enough. =)

Awesome thank you. Thats a relief. I wasn't going to dip my feet into overclocking because of one particular reason. I don't think I have the energy to remake the custom PSU to fit in the original G5 PSU casing again if I had to increase the PSU wattage. >.<
