There are some know issues with the way sleep and wake works on Lion. Check the Plex forums for details.

I had issues with it when candelair was installed, but remote buddy is supposed to include a fix.

I don't have any sleep issues using a harmony remote (setup as a harmony remote, not emulating apple remote) on Plex. I haven't tested any other configurations.

I'm going to give a third try to Plex to see if it works this time, but so far I've never ran the actual app without it freezing on the start.
