peripheral problem.

MB: TUF H370-PRO(Wi-fi);
GC: Sapphire RX 580 8Gb;
Ram: Ballistix 16Gb 3000Mhz;
SSD: Crucial m2 250Gb.

After following the tonymac tutorial for Mojave and High Sierra, the peripherals have stopped working once entered. What can I do?

I'm sorry! I was talking about keyboard and mouse. Once the operating system has been loaded, when was come the time to select the language etcetera, mouse and keyboard have stopped working. Could you help me?
