P55A-UD4P Rev 1.0 - F6 to F10 - possible in OSX?

P55A-UD4P Rev 1.0 - F6

I downloaded the bios update, however its a EXE file that has to run in Windows. How lame. Anyone have an idea of another way to get around this?

I do not have dualboot/bootcamp going (yet).

Hey im pretty sure you need to extract it then put it on a usb and do qflash.

These .exe files are self extracting 7zip files.
You can use Stuffit Expander to extract the BIOS file from the .exe

I took care of this, I was not even thinking about my duel boot on my MBP - I extracted it there.
