Overclocking/Temp Monitor Software?

Hey guys-

I recently bought my i5-750/UD4P/Hyper 212+ Cooler combo and I'm wanting to overclock seeing as the i5 has great overclocking headroom. I'm looking for 3.2Ghz with turbo boost/speed step ENABLED (the best choice from what I can tell). I'm aware of how to overclock with the BIOS, but I was wondering if there was an OS X equivilant of CPU-Z as well as a good temp monitor for OSX. What do you overclockers use to monitor temps/etc? Thanks!
