Opencore Headless

Is it possible to boot opencore headless? I have an AMD 3950X and a spare mobo lying about and just want to run it headless with VNC connection to it. Last time I tried this, the boot picker would not auto select my OSX partition so not sure if I need to set someting in boot args to allow opencore to ignore dpgu/igpu on boot. Any ideas what I could try? Thanks.

Exactly! I use one of these with my 27" iMac 2011 with a modded internal GPU... otherwise I don't get the boot picker (High Sierra or BigSur).
