So I am building a new editing suite for my job and I have the Aorus Z490 MB with an Intel I9-10850K. I get to the point of enabling and disabling everything in the BIOS per Open Core instructions and when I go to install Big Sur, this is what I get:

so I'm not entirely sure what is the hangup but it will stay on this for about 20-30 minutes and then the computer shuts off. Any advice or direction would be appreciated.

I have got passed that part and get the following:

you need to set DVMT to 64MB in your BIOS

also other bios settings should be:

Disable:
Fast Boot
Secure Boot
Serial/COM Port
Parallel Port
VT-d (can be enabled if you set DisableIoMapper to YES)
CSM
Thunderbolt(For initial install, as Thunderbolt can cause issues if not setup correctly)
Intel SGX
Intel Platform Trust
CFG Lock (MSR 0xE2 write protection)(This must be off, if you can't find the option then enable AppleXcpmCfgLock under Kernel -> Quirks. Your hack will not boot with CFG-Lock enabled)

Enable:
VT-x
Above 4G decoding
Hyper-Threading
Execute Disable Bit
EHCI/XHCI Hand-off
OS type: Windows 8.1/10 UEFI Mode
DVMT Pre-Allocated(iGPU Memory): 64MB or 128MB
SATA Mode: AHCI
