Edit : I'm not sure this is in the right section, can someone move it or duplicate it to the right place please ? Thanks !

Hi everybody !

I've recently installed Lion 10.7.4 on my "homemade" PC. I've got everything going rather smooth (except for this bug and the USB3.0 after Wake). Even the dual DVI, the pc-shared printing/servers and the remapping of my keyboard with Ukulele. :D

I only have one slight (but not the least for a student) problem. I have installed Office for mac, and have some issues with it.

On the one hand, Powerpoint. It opens fine, opens files correctly, etc. But whenever i try to interact with the slides with the (ps/2) keyboard I get a Blank error. And this with either of Apple's keyboard layouts or mine. (I'll try to link a snapshot of that error btw.)Capture d’écran 2012-06-09 à 16.19.27.png The weird part is, I can write anything I want on the other parts of this app (Search, zoom %age, save/load, etc.) with any of my keyboard layouts.

On the other hand, I've got a less important problem on Excel. When I'm on my PC layout, it doesn't detect backspace nor enter, nor delete. Backspace and delete act as the space bar, and enter adds a line to the cell instead of going to the next cell. I'm not a specialist, but it seems to me that Enter still is Enter on Mac and Backspace still is a Backspace.

Note : I don't have either of these problems on Word, that I've been using since day one of this Hackintosh system.

For my system, if this is important of if people want to know :
Sys : Snow Leopard retail DVD + Mac App Store Lion.
MB : GA-Z68X-UD3P-B3 (F4 bios)
GC : nVidia GTX 560 Ti (Dual DVI screens working)
CPU : Intel i5 2400 3.20 (quadcore)
Ram : 8Gigs
HDDs :
-80Go Barracuda HDD x2 (One has OSX system, as it's a test for the moment)
-1To Barracuda NTFS Windows HDD (2 partitions, read with Tuxera NTFS)
DVD : Asus

I've got everything working with the Snow 10.6 => 10.6.8 => Lion 10.7 => 10.7.2 => 10.7.4 (Apple update). Multibeast worked like a charm with the tonymac DSDT.

Hi ! Thanks for answering

Well, on multi beast there is a kext/driver for ps/2 mouses/keyboards.

I don't have any USB keyboards near me, but I'll try to find one. I'll keep this post updated

It's seems weird to me, because every other app sees this keyboard correctly and my mapping as well. It even detects my volume, play pause, record, eject bays (1 and 2 bays), mute, sleep, internet and mail buttons. Help and spotlight (search) buttons are not recognized though.

Anyway, thanks for your help, I'll try USB as soon as I can.
