If it is GK107 then it is supported. There may be a problem in your config.plist or elsewhere causing this.
Having the boot flag nv_disable=1 in boot arguments can cause this problem with a supported Nvidia card.

Thanks!!! This helped me. I didn't remember putting this in the boot flag, but it was there, and when I removed it the card started working at high resolution with multiple monitors.
