You either have a non-legal copy of Yosemite or you improperly copied your legal copy of the app from another machine.

I had this problem as well, but it turns out what you need to do is launch the Mac App Store and download (but not necessarily install) the OS that you want. Without moving around any files, if you then relaunch Unibeast, the OS you just downloaded will light up, and you'll be able to proceed.
