Not start OS X instal from USB

After Clover boot screen, I choose Boot Mac OS X from USB, but the install menu not load. Only black screen with apple logo and the status bar stuck in the beginning. I tried first El capitan and second with sierra and same as issue. The mob
Gigabyte GA-Z170X-Ultra Gaming with Intel Core i7-6700K and Pen Drive 16GB Patriot Supersonic Boost USB 3.0. The win 10 I install normally. What's next? Thank you in advance for your help.

I make other newUSB drive and same issue, after apple logo stuck the status bar. As a beginner I have no idea.

Boot your system in Verbose Mode and post a picture of your screen when it freezes/hangs.

But the status bar end one crossed-out circle appears. Can somebody help me?
