It look like I can't, EZ Flash 3 do not downgrade bios, and there is rewrite security that I don't know how to disable

Ow, you mean downgrade?
Flash Utility saying that older BIOS is not prober BIOS file
Manual flashing, like with win terminal command, isn't an option because of BIOS memory write protection

Apparently the problem is because UniBeast mount Clover on one partition with the system install app, so my motherboard kind of couldn't find it.
