Newbie question about installing ML if you only have ML on disk

Hi guys ive read through loads of threads and my understand is that i can only install Mountain Lion if i create usb stick on a mac with the ML install downloaded from apple ? Ive got a mac running the latest OS mountain lion and have ML on disk is there any way to create a usb stick to install it on my pc ?

There shouldn't be a problem. If you don't have the "install os x mountain lion app" you can download it again for free if you've already paid for it. Then just create the Unibeast USB.
