New to the form but I need help

Im new so Idk if this question has been asked a lot. But I made the bootable usb drive and everything. The problem i run into is that when i select usb from the initial boot loader screen my screen goes blank and then restarts. Almost like a bootloop. I have a Asrock H87m i believe and a Nvidia Geforce 650ti with an i5 4570k cpu please get back to me as soon as possible.

The motherboard BIOS is most likely the problem. Read this thread, post #2 introduces the problem.
