New pc user who wants to get Mac osx on laptop

Hi all you cleaver fokes
i have a asus 17 Tuf intel machine
So now i am trying to to geet Macosx on this pc and dump windows for good, but it looks very complicated
is there any where i can download a " complet image file ready to boot" i mean an image file transfer to usb stick and off i go
or has now one done this
