You need to downgrade that PSU from 1000W to 650W.

You need to get RAM that is about 1600Mhz. It makes no sense purchasing that $300 16GB RAM kit. Outrageous!

The Crucial M4 SSD is a good alternative.

I would double check that Lite-On 4109 Bluray drive on osx86 wiki for support.

In addition, the G1 Sniper has Creative CA0132 audio chipset which is not supported.
Unsure of one of the LAN ports: Qualcomm Atheros Killer E2200 LAN chip????

Alternative: UD5H Z77

You as best go with an Ivy chip instead of the 2700K but that is your choice.
