Need more watts for power supply? upgrading from g31 Es2l to Z77N-WIFI

would you upgrade the power supply to 650 watts given the following system changes

Considering making the following changes:
G31 ES2L to Z77N-WIFI
Intel Q9400 2.66 (overclocked at 3.01) to i5 3570K
Vertex 60 gig SSD to SanDisk Extreme SATA 6Gb/s 120GB SSD
Seagate Barracuda 7200 rpm 1 tb HD SATA 3 GB to Seagate Barracuda SATA 6Gb/s 1TB HDD

four port USB 2.0 PCI card - remove
EVGA 250 GTS - No Change

I currently have a 420 power supply.

I am also considering a clean install of 10.8 and migrating apps and docs.
