Need Help! OC i5-4670K with Gigabyte GA-Z87N-WIFI

This CPU came stock at 3.4 GHZ

I changed my Turbo Boost from Auto to Enabled and changed each Core to 42

I also increased the CPU Voltage to 1.23v

At idle my temperature is 28C, I'm using a Corsair Water Cooler

GeekBench Score is: 4201 Single Core/ 13995 Muli-Core at 64bit

For some reason Prime95 just freezes when I try to run it.

I'm new to this guys so please have mercy on me.

Why does Prime94 freeze and what else could I do to get more out of this CPU?

42 in multiplyer?

Ive heard that you're not suppose to increase voltage if it not necessary needed, my tip: change it back to normal. to high voltage can toast your cpu.

If its still not stable you might need to lower multiplyer and increase FSB.
