Need Help ATI 4890

Hello everybody
i've got an ATI 4890 and i'm running 10.6.2 i've got full screen 1920X1080 60Hz
but no QE/CI the problem is that i need full power from my graphic card cause i'm using a 3d software (Maya2010) Please help cause i don't understand why QE/CI is not enabled
