Need Help/ Advice With Audio Production Build

Hey everyone, this is my first time building a hackintosh. Still a little rough with the terminology, but I'm getting there.

This machine will be used for audio and post production (light video editing) a little gaming. Need my FPS fix. Looking to use this machine mostly with Pro Tools and Reaper and the Adobe suite. Looking to build a custom mac pro, but if you feel my needs don't warrant the cost, feel free to speak up.

A way to get the Thunderbolt dock 2 to work.

Wouldn't mind using bluetooth mouse and keyboard

Since you are looking for Thunderbolt to work, I'd recommend you check out any of the Gigabyte Z170 MB's with it built in here.
