I would gladly apreciate if someone can tell me if my hardware is compatible or not.

Not sure about your motherboard. CPU (i3 540) and graphics card (9800GT) are compatible.

You can try installing OSX to see if it works. But if you are already running Windows on this computer, then you will need to wipe out the Windows installation and repartition it using the GPT partition scheme if you want to install OSX (since you have only one hard disk). Is this what you want?
