Hello,

I've created a clone of my main SSD drive onto a separate HDD drive and copied over the EFI folder to it. I've followed the "solved" thread here, (https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/solved-how-do-i-make-my-clone-also-boot-up-into-clover.251196/) along with Stork's advice and I'm still not able to boot Clover from my cloned drive.

I tried using both EFI mounter V3.1 and Clover to mount the EFI folders. Mounting the EFI using both systems and editing the clone config.plist with Clover gave the same result. In Clover I edited the clone config.plist changing the boot drive to the new cloned drive name. Still, I'm not able to boot Clover from the clone... Interestingly, after I made the config.plist clone changes, when I now boot from my main drive, Clover doesn't default and count down from my main drive as before, instead, it defaults to my clone drive to countdown.

I even tried the script posted here ( https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/eficlone-automatic-backup-of-the-efi-partition.246540/) by trs96 which appeared to run expect that it didn't solve the non-bootability issue of my clone drive either. Although it did correct Clover defaulting back to my main drive and subsequent countdown issue. Then, after changing the BOOT name to the clone Clover defaulted to my clone drive to countdown (booting from my SSD).

Not sure what I'm missing.

Any insight or advice to help with this would be greatly appreciated! Thx.
