Multicast 8.2.3 resetting SMBIOS setting?

I have been using Mutibeast and on version 8.2.3 El Capitan. I did the install with

1. Quick Start/UEFI Boot mode
2. Drivers/ALC 1150
3. Drivers/Optional HD4600 HDMI audio
4. Boot loader/Clover v.23k r3423 UEFI Boot mode
5. Customize/System Definition/Mac Pro 3,1

Once I reboot, and I look at the System Information ... looks like it thinks it is iMac 14,2.

Next time I reboot after that, the system won't boot and I have to use the USB key to repeat the Multicast rebuild.

Why is the Multibeast / Clover settings resetting from Mac Pro 3,1 to iMac 14,2 ?
