Hello,

I've been trying to build my first Hackintosh with following build:
Gigabyte Z97X - UD7 TH Motherboard
i7-4790K processor
Samsung SSD 850
16GB RAM
Graphics: GEFORCE GT 740 SC

I've been able to install OSX El Capitan from USB but cannot run OSX again unless in safe mode. Now trying to do the Multibeast install and getting a failed install with the following from ~/Library/Logs/MultiBeast.log:

06/06/16 14:54:47 - Starting MultiBeast 8.2.2-20160504
06/06/16 14:59:50 - Failed to find node with path 'Drivers > Audio > Realtek ALCxxx > Optional HD 4600 HDMI Audio'
06/06/16 15:01:24 - Failed to find node with path 'Drivers > Audio > Realtek ALCxxx > Optional HD 4600 HDMI Audio'
06/06/16 15:01:33 - Failed to find node with path 'Drivers > Audio > Realtek ALCxxx > Optional HD 4600 HDMI Audio'
06/06/16 15:08:59 - Installing 'Bootloaders > Clover v2.3k r3423 UEFI Boot Mode'
06/06/16 15:09:02 - Install of 'Clover_v2.3k_r3423-UEFI.pkg' failed.
'installer: Package name is Clover v2.3k r3423 EFI bootloader
installer: Installing at base path /
installer: The install failed (The Installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance.)
'. Exiting.

I have attached output from /var/log/install.log

...And tried separately without selecting Bootloader in Multibeast, but the following happened:
06/06/16 18:12:04 - Starting MultiBeast 8.2.2-20160504
06/06/16 18:12:41 - Mounting EFI
06/06/16 18:12:42 - Mounting EFI failed. Exiting.

Note that I have already tried to disable Legacy USB support in BIOS.
I would be most grateful if you could let me know of any suggestion to finish the Multibeast installation.

Thanks Macman and apologies. Attaching the full install.log output where Multibeast is in the log message. Let me know if incomplete.

I just went to the Console, /var/log/install.log and searched for "Multibeast".

MultiBeast: I would first try selecting ALC1150 audio before building it. (Yep, your motherboard has an ALC1150 audio controller chip on it.) Secondly I would probably select a profile closer to your CPU, like an iMac 14,1 or 14,2. At least that worked for me, along with selecting Legacy instead of UEFI when building it.

Just in case you want to try different MultiBeast system types, http://www.everymac.com/ultimate-mac-lookup/?search_keywords=A1418 has some model numbers you can look up, and then try different models. For example, an iMac 15,1 is a 4.0G i7-4790 (should show up as a model A1419 (EMC 2806)), order# BTO/CTO. I would build MultiBeast in "Legacy" mode, with that model number and probably enable "Sandy Bridge Core i5/i7 Overclocked" SSDT and save it to your HHD and then see if the video, ethernet and audio need more work.
