MSI Z170A Gaming M7 Cant get it to boot from the USB to start the installation

Guys I have a MSI Z170A Gaming M7 mobo and I do everything like the Unibeast guide says,
UEFI not Legacy with Optimized Defaults, VT-d to Disabled and CFG Lock to Disabled.

When I try to boot from the USB at the beginning to start the installation, nothing happens and windows starts instead of the installation. I tried all the USB ports, is like there was nothing in the USB and it jumps to windows normal boot.

Any idea what could be the problem?
