I have a build that has worked well for a long time including after my upgrade to Sierra. Recently my motherboard died and I replaced it with the exact same model and everything works great until I get to the log in screen of Sierra and I can't get my keyboard or mouse to work in order to log in. Everything works fine in the BIOS menu and in the clover menu, but once I'm in OS X I cannot get it to work. Incidentally I have an old partition that can boot up in OS X Lion and both the keyboard and mouse function fine.
I can only imagine that the issue must be in the BIOS settings, because other than the replaced motherboard, all other hardware and settings are exactly as they were before. Any ideas as to what may be causing/what might fix this issue.
