X79 audio is not available in MultiBeast. Lorengrin uses the Interim Realtek Ivy Bridge Lion AppleHDA.
With dsdt, set the dsdt/HDEF/layout-id to 0x82, 0x03, 0x00, 0x00 as noted in the link.
Without dsdt, run MultiBeast 4.6.1/Drivers & Bootloaders/Kexts & Enablers/Audio/Realtek ALC8xx/Non-DSDT Enabler/ALC898.
To install the AppleHDA, Copy Downloads/Interim_Ivy_Bridge_Lion_AppleHDA/AppleHDA.kext to Desktop and run KextBeast to install.
