Hello,

maybe someone can help me out, I have tried the guide and all the edits, but somehow I'm lost along the way.

----
Edit Patch file - TextEdit
1. TextEdit/Open Desktop/.….._hdmi_audio_dsdt_editing_kit/hdmi_audio_ami….txt
2. TextEdit/Edit layout-id/01 to 02 or 03
3. TextEdit/discrete graphics/Find PEG0/Replace (table above) - if necessary
4. TextEdit/integrated graphics/Find GFX0/Replace (table above) - if necessary
5. Verify edits
6. Save
----

I do not get what i have to do here, looking with IOReg I can see my Device as P0P1@1 nothing with PEG is found.

I attache the IOReg Output and my DSDT, mayber toleda could help me on this - just point me in the right direction what to do next ...

Thanks in advance for your great help.

Ok, I tested and fiddled some more, at least now I get a picture when connecting the GT430 via HDMI to my TV.
Before I was stuck at a constant blue screen when switch the displays.

But in Sound -> Output I still see NO HDMI or anything, only 2 Airplay Devices.

I think i did all DSDT Edits, and my IOReg now shows PEGP@1.

Can anybody please help me what I'm doing wrong ?

Do I have to disable the H55 Onboard Graphics ? OR disable the 888 onboard Sound ?

I just want to use the HDMI Output of the GT430 with AUDIO - nothing else is required.

Would be thrilled if someone could point me in the right directions...

If you need any files, log, outputs to analyze further please let me know.
I'll attach the latest DSDT and IOReg File which i'm currently running.

Hardware is: Zotac ITXH55-C-E Mainboard, 4GB Ram, Zotac GT430 1GB Ram, i3 2,9Ghz CPU, Intel SSD

Ok, that is strange...

After another 4-5 hours of fiddling and tampering with everything and nothing it works...

What I can say for sure was done:

-> Unibeast Install, Multibeast choosing only Realtek NIC Divers, FakeSMC,

=> Everything works except Sound.

-> Fresh DSDT Extracted with Editor & Patched with Zotac H55 Patch -> installed with Mutlibeast -> Reboot OK

-> Installed with Multibeast: Audio/Driver/ Realtek ALC888 with DSDT (install AppleHDA.kext - Version 2.2.0 ??? version to low)

-> Optimized AppleHDA for Realtek ALC 888 installed (AppleHDA.kext - Version 2.3.0) with Kextbeast (from here: http://www.tonymacx86.com/audio/67763-ml-optimized-realtek-applehda-preview-alpha.html)

-> Installed DSDT loaded in Editor, Patch hdmi_audio_ami_5_series_amd-nvidia_discrete_graphics.txt applied, Patch ami_clean_compile.txt applied, Compiled, DSDT.aml save to Desktop -> Installed with Multibeast -> Reboot OK

-> UnPlugged DVI Cable to Monitor/LCD -> Plugged-In HDMI to Marantz AVR -> Boot -> Just a Blue Screen is shown -> several Errors in Logfile:
like NVDA(DMA): Channel exception! exception type = 0x1f = Fifo: MMU Error -> Always Blue Screen when Resolution is switched...

Googled to death, came up with solution to install this Driver:

http://www.nvidia.com/object/macosx-304.00.05f02-driver.html

Rebooted after install, and now 1920x1080 Screen shows up connected to my Plasma TV with HDMI through my Marantz AVR.

I started playback of video file and WHOOOP .... Audio is working as well ....

Pretty Happy Camper sofar....

Trying the rest during the next days and will be configuring ....
Still trying to decide between XBMC and PLEX ...

No idea why you needed the Nvidia 10.8.2 update. Enjoy.
