Missing folder

Hey guys, so I was doing an update from Sierra to High Sierra and after most of the update on one of the boots, Clover screen no longer sees an Mac OS boot. Ive looked around a bit and seems like I may have not added the apfs.efi file into the EFI/clover folder where I was supposed to. Ive dual booted into win 10 and mounted the drive, I see the EFI folder there with my Mac OS but there is no clover folder in there now... I was hoping it would be as simple as adding the file now, but looks like its not. Any suggestions? I mean I could do a fresh install all together but I would rather not if I can. Thanks in advance.

@romanben, please update your profile (personal details) with your Motherboard, CPU and Graphics Card.
If you have a prebuilt computer enter make and model instead of motherboard (Mobo).

Profiles need to contain at least your primary system to assist others with helping you.
