Missing boot entries after Install

When using standard guide of installing High Sierra, the boot entries for starting system and the other two are missing (preboot ...).

It's following step:

11. Choose USB
12. At the Boot Screen, choose High Sierra

I see only, like booting before install:

After 2 times booting with "Boot macOS Install from High Sierra" (first one instantly boot at 18 min left, second one runs through with timer for restart) the system came up with the other boot entries (boot from, preboot, ...)

... isn't this missing in the standard guide?
