Messages and FaceTime Strange issue

So, when I try logging in Messages and FaceTime, both say contact support on macOS.
But, when I use another Apple ID, it works fine.
I tried everything - iCloud singing in, sign out; clear NVRAM; checking if connected to VPN or something.

The strange part the Apple ID login which is not working on macOS works fine on iPhones.

@syedmohmad, please update your profile (account details) with your Motherboard, CPU and iGPU or Graphics Card(s).
If you have a prebuilt computer enter make and model instead of motherboard.
