MacBook Pro 2012 Mountain Lion to El Capitan Kernal Panic On Boot Help!

Hello All

Afyer messing around with my hackintosh i happened upon a deal where I bought a cheap MacBook Pro. .

I purchased a mid 2012 Macbook Pro 13" second hand.
Running 500gb HDD, 4GB RAM and a 2.5ghz i5 CPU

When I got the Macbook the first thing i did was to do a disk format and reinstall mountain lion from the recovery partition.
Everything was great, installed like a dream and everything working as expected, apart from one USB port which flags a high current error when booting and does not work.

I was upgrading from the app store and OSX El Capitan Upgrade came up, so i upgraded to that to bring the whole system up to date.

When the installer kicked in I had to boot it in safe mode due to a kernel panic.
El Capitan finally installed and I have to boot using safe mode still due to a kernel panic, which will continuously crash, reboot, crash reboot etc.

If i boot into El Capitan with safe mode i get and error report which i will post below.

I can book into the recovery partition and reinstall mountain lion no problem as this is the second attempt at upgrading with these issues.

No data on the drive i need to worry about backing up.

Also i did try and make an El Capitan USB installer which was successful but it would not boot from the installer without a kernel panic.
