I have P8B75-V Intel + Core i5-3340 + 4GB RAM DDR3
Please tell me, which version of MAC OS X best for this configuration?
And please take me links of instruction

The CPU integrated graphics of the i5-3340 (HD 2500) is not supported on MacOS.

Therefore you will need to add a supported graphics card (e.g. RX 570 / GTX 760 / GT 710 DDR3), or replace the CPU with one that has HD 4000 graphics (e.g. i5 3475S / i7 3770) if you want to install and run MacOS on your system.

Note that HD 4000 is no longer supported on Big Sur, so if you replace the CPU you can go as far as Catalina. With a supported graphics card like RX 570 you can go as far as Big Sur.

Also add more RAM if possible. 4GB RAM is barely enough for MacOS these days.
