Looking to get a DELL Optiplex used, any advice

Ime looking at a used Dell Optiplex 9020 MT i7-4790 @ 3.6 Ghz, 16GB RAM 240GB SSD. The only other specs are

• Intel i7-4790 @ 3.6 Ghz
• 16GB ram
• 240GB SSD (Kingston)
• Intel Graphics
• DVDRW

Does this sound like a box I should be able to get working with Monterey (or Ventura) relatively easily? I have a 1440 main display and a 1080p USB monitor.

Over the years I've done quite a few Hackintosh setups but not for a few years.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
