Long Delay Receiving Android Messages in iMessage

I recently updated my Hackintosh from High Sierra to Monterey. Everything is working great with the exception of one weird quirk. I can use iMessage with Apple devices and it works normally. However, when I try to send to a non-Apple device (Android), the messages fail to send. Here is the odd part. When an Android user messages me, the messages show up in iMessage, along with any other messages I sent using my iPhone, a day or two later.

This all worked normally before with High Sierra on the same equipment, so I am puzzled.

Any ideas?
