Lion and overclocking Sandy Bridge (busratio)/ good mobo?

Hi, since Lion is sandy bridge compatible, do you have to lock your "busratio" or can you leave it and then do some nice overclocking?

Just wondering how easy it is to overclock in Lion with an i7 2600k. And which boards work nicely to do that.
