I want to now if it works to instal mac on the lenovo ideapad y510p
Here are the specs and maybe can anyone tell me if the wifi card works or can be replaced with one that works here are the cards from the manuals i want to by the laptop maybe thanks for the help

It is hard to know for sure, but the LiteOn HB125 may have an Atheros AR9285 onboard, which would make it compatible. You should do your own research/google searching...
