Keyboard produces weird finder issues

Hello Guys,

while typing with my keyboard in Finder or in Terminal, there is always popping up the right klick dropdown menu. That's very disgusting. Any ideas what's the problem?

My machine:

Asus S301la Ultrabook
Keyboard integrated / not external
