Kernel panic on Post install boot OSX 10.10

Post install Boot screen Os X 10.10
booted with -x -v options // the same result

I have disabled everuthing as stated on the installation Guide --- managed to Boot with Safemode once /

i5 / Nvidia gt970 / Asus asus g850b Mobo / 8 gig RAM //

Mav runs fine -- wanted to to try 10.10

Any solution avalable

try using maxmem=8192 or maxmem=4096. I had to use these for a while. I am not sure what caused them to work without it, but try it LOL.

....I think the most recent change I had made before I didn't need them was upgrading to the most recent NVIDA driver, but your rig might not have that.
