Hi,

My new keyboard (Gigabyte K8100) isn't mapped correctly, all the keys are mixed up just like if i type QWERTY i get X4LY16 for exemple.

The keyboard works fine on Windows

Other (old) keyboards works fine on OSX.

I've been checked for KEXT, in vain.

I've just mounted this hackintosh and i'm kinda sad to see the new keyboard failing like this...

I think the issue is maybe due by the "Function" (F) additional keys...

Maybe someone here have a workaround, or a KEXT for fix this?

Thanks for watching and sorry for my english.

EDIT: Issue can repro on 10.8 as well, and I've been used the OSX keyboard setup assistant (set as ISO format) and tried various keyboard localization.

Little bump, please help me for a fix :)

Gigabyte K8100 Aivia (check first post)

not a problem solver but at least a quick fix

However only quick fix I could find is Ctrl + Shift + Alt + N
This disables the keyboard ghosting freature.
However you need to do this every time you login...

found it here

Same issue here, but with a Sharkoon Skiller keyboard.

The shortcut to turn off key ghosting works, but is there a more permanent fix?

Thanks
