maybe High Sierra due to your intel graphics

Mobile Intel HD3000 Graphics was always a bit troublesome on MacOS/OSX .. at least in my experience.

It should work but you might occasionally get graphics artefacts or glitches after a few hours of up-time. Usually a reboot will clear them until it happens again.

The link above is my original Sony Vaio SE build from 2013 based on the Chameleon boot-loader and things have moved on considerably since then. Patching your DSDT will be the hardest part, OpenCore discourages loading a patched DSDT so your probably better off using Clover as the boot loader. In 2015 I posted an update to the above using Clover boot-loader.

I don't have that laptop anymore so the guides are now unsupported/out-of date but you might find a few useful hints in them - good luck.

I haven't tried it myself but it may help, if you plan to run a version of MacOS later than High Sierra.
