Is that "Bitfenix prodigy" a case?

The system should work with Mountain Lion but you should take a look at this : http://www.tonymacx86.com/150-enabl...therboards-hd-4000-6-series-motherboards.html

Since you use a Sandy Bridge CPU (2500K) you may be able to install Snow Leopard on it, update to 10.6.6 to access the Mac App Store, and then upgrade to Mountain Lion. But I am not 100% sure and you have to try this yourself.

Don't think the HD3000 graphics will work with SL. Probably need to start with an SL compatible graphics card in order to get things installed and working. Can upgrade to ML after that.
