can anyone give a based-experience recommendation about what should i get to achieve total silent cpu cooling ?

not interested in fanless cpu cooler , i dont like the idea of it , i might be wrong
unless it can bear some what considered as high temp , then maybe i will go for it
and if it gonna make me add a third case-fan , then it is useless anyway ,

A decent case with modern fans is dammn quiet.. I've got a Fractal Define R5 with a bequiet cpu cooler and using the internal intel 530 graphics and it's almost inaudible - the noisiest part of the system is when my internal WD 2GB media/backup drive is used...

I've got a Noctua NH D15. Very quiet even on an overclocked system. I can record acoustic instruments right next to my hack. Huge though, make sure it will fit in your case.
