Yes, you will have issues running macOS on this system.
The CPU contains the Intel HD2500 IGPU, which is not supported in macOS to drive a display. It has to be used with an Empty/Headless framebuffer. With a compatible discrete GPU driving any display(s).
Your Nvidia GTX560 is a Fermi series card, which is not natively supported in recent versions of macOS. See this extract, from the Legacy Nvidia guide, regarding Fermi series cards.

The Nvidia Kepler 6xx, 7xx series of cards are supported in recent versions of macOS. See this thread for details -

Your system is a mix of a 6-series motherboard and a 7-series CPU. There are some specific fixes required to get the IGPU working, even just for IQSV (encoding/decoding processes) and to prevent unnecessary kernel panics when booting.
