i even tried a golden EFI with almost same specs but i keep getting OC: Failed to load config everytime any idea what can be the issue?

hardware profile needs to be of the hardware you are using

yes i figured that but everything is proper no idea why it cant find it.

Triple check that config.plist is in /EFI/OC. It's very easy to drop the file in a wrong folder when moving files.
