Installing Catalina - Stuck on Load Bar

I was able to finally get a boot screen with the Apple logo using Clover EMUNVR, but the load bar took forever to fill and it seems to be stuck. I'm hacking with an Intel NUC Bean Canyon, i7 with an Intel Iris Graphics Card 655 Plus. Can anyone help me out?
