Install went ok. At 10.15.5. Came up, and looking at Java console noticed it was out of date. Updated it.
Rebooted. Black screen.
I'm using a DGPU of RX580 Sapphire which I've had for years. It boots to where the Apple logo disappears and seconds later it reappears in correct resolution. But at that point it just stays in Black Screen.
Tried rebooting to Safe mode, and the display just sits there and flashes. Have yet to try single user mode, or with IGPU. But someone reading this must have a few pointers for this class of Black Screen failure. On the 2020 Hack, Z390, see signature.
