Install maverick on HP pavillion dv7

i have an HP pavillion dv7 6b50eb with these specs:

Microprocessor: 2.2 GHz Intel Core i7-2670QM
Microprocessor Cache: 6 MB L3 cache
Memory: 8 GB DDR3
Video Graphics: AMD Radeon HD 6490M (1 GB DDR5 dedicated) and intel HD graphic family (it s a chipset graphic)

Video Memory: up to 4.97 GB total

My question is:
is my labtop compatible with mac os x maverick? and how can i install it to dual boot windows 7 and mac os x on the same HDD?
